{"id":173918,"date":"2018-08-23T11:51:15","date_gmt":"2018-08-23T11:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/08\/23\/nryo-holds-1st-literary-day\/"},"modified":"2018-08-23T11:51:15","modified_gmt":"2018-08-23T11:51:15","slug":"nryo-holds-1st-literary-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/08\/23\/nryo-holds-1st-literary-day\/","title":{"rendered":"NRYO holds 1st Literary Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/http:\/\/new.nagalandpost.com\/cms\/gall_content\/no_images_650x.jpg><\/p>\n<p>New Reserve Youth Organization (NRYO), Kohima organized its 1st Literary Day under the theme, &ldquo;For a better tomorrow&rdquo; at new reserve police drill shed on August 22.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A press release from NRYO general secretary, Mhashekhoto Churhah stated that Sr SP Kohima, Vekhosa Chakhesang, who graced the opening ceremony, exhorted the youth present to lead exemplary and dignified lives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He called upon the youth to not be hesitant in approaching elders for advice but grab the opportunities at their disposal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All the six sectors from the colony namely Tekhuba, Upper MT, Lower MT, Dairy Farm, Project and IG sector participated in the literary meet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The meet conducted essay writing, debate, spell bee, extempore, mascot making, story-telling, quiz and painting competitions for different categories.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chairman New Reserve Council, Dr. Asalie Khezhie exhorted the youth, while a welcome address was delivered by Hoinato Ayemi.
