I recently conducted an opinion poll in The Naga Blog (Facebook) to check as to which mobile carrier is worst in terms of Data speed, and a clear majority has the opinion that Airtel has the worst service in Nagaland followed by Jio. I had my to and fro moments with Airtel service in Twitter, since I wasn’t able to use my mobile data for over a week and I got the response that their Network has no issues. So I wanted to know, was I the only one who was dissatisfied with the mobile data service in Nagaland, hence the opinion poll was conducted and Airtel should be happy that they do have many customers but Man! They are dissatisfied. Feel bad for those Aircel customers who were asked to migrate to Airtel.<\/p>\n
Since it’s a paid service and we in Nagaland pay the same tariff as the rest of India, why isn’t any importance given for better services. If you see the poll it’s quite clear that companies like Airtel and Jio really need to do something since they have a bigger customer base. Plus we really need better signals everywhere. We shouldn’t be restricted to full signals only on specific areas since that defeats the purpose of carrying a “Mobile” phone. I guess it’s only in Nagaland that mobile networks have different signals strength based on locality or I should say even different rooms in one house. Since my second sim is Jio, I have also noticed that it works in tandem with our super reliable electricity, so here I’m a bit confused as to whom should I blame the power department (Stone age) or Jio.<\/p>\n
The consumers in Nagaland aren’t asking for a special treatment but we wish that we are given the same service quality like the rest of India. When we are paying prices for 4G services but our mobile signal shows “E” we feel we have been duped big time by all mobile carriers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
