{"id":178877,"date":"2018-08-19T08:50:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-19T08:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/08\/19\/baked-cauliflower\/"},"modified":"2018-08-19T08:50:00","modified_gmt":"2018-08-19T08:50:00","slug":"baked-cauliflower","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/08\/19\/baked-cauliflower\/","title":{"rendered":"BAKED CAULIFLOWER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/2018_8$large_image001.jpg><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 small head cauliflower<\/p>\n<p>1tsp finely chopped garlic<\/p>\n<p>&frac12; cup flour<\/p>\n<p>&frac12; cup milk<\/p>\n<p>&frac14; tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>&frac12; tsp ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>&frac12;tsp red chilli flakes&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 cup bread crumbs&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sauce<\/p>\n<p>1tbsp honey<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp light soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>1tsp sesame seeds<\/p>\n<p>&frac14; tsp ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>&frac12; tsp finely chopped ginger<\/p>\n<p>2 spring onion for garnish<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\tPreheat oven to 180 degree. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with baking sheet or greased foil.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tRemove florets from the cauliflower. Make the batter in a bowl by whisking flour and milk.Add the garlic, red chilli flakes, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tPlace the bread crumbs in a bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the mixture one at a time, shaking off excess batter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4.\tDip the cauliflower into the breadcrumbs to coat completely and then place onto the baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tRepeat until all the cauliflowers are coated.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tPreparethe sauce by whisking together light soy sauce, honey and ginger.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tServe the cauliflower with the sauce on the side or coat the wings in the sauce with a brush.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8.\tBake for another 5 minutes.
