CSTCT president Tongpangkumz&uuml;k Jamir and secretary Talituba Longk&uuml;mer in press note clarified that the statement was issued without the knowledge of the Changtongya Senso residents. CSTCT said the house during its executive meeting Wednesday condemned the &ldquo;unfortunate and premature&rdquo; press statement by All Ward Union chairman, when extensive consultations were on with the PDA government, particularly under the initiative of Health &amp; Family Welfare minister S Pangnyu Phom, for improvement and betterment of Changtongya Community Health Centre.
