He was accompanied by NH&amp;HDC Ltd chairman Miathou Krose and a host of officials.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to a press note issued by NDPP&rsquo;s 5 Ghaspani-II A\/C media secretary Thejangukho Yalietsu, Zhaleo first visited &ldquo;Balijan bridge&rdquo; that was washed away by flash floods this year. The reconstruction process of the steel girder bridge, which is three-metre wide and 12-metre long, began in August and was made operational on Thursday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Later, Zhaleo visited Ghokuto village to assess the ongoing works.
