{"id":181018,"date":"2018-09-22T13:04:22","date_gmt":"2018-09-22T13:04:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/09\/22\/klc-conducts-debate-competition\/"},"modified":"2018-09-22T13:04:22","modified_gmt":"2018-09-22T13:04:22","slug":"klc-conducts-debate-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/09\/22\/klc-conducts-debate-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"KLC conducts debate competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/http:\/\/new.nagalandpost.com\/cms\/gall_content\/no_images_650x.jpg><\/p>\n<p>The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) of Kohima Law College (KLC) conducted a debate competition under the theme, &ldquo;Developing young leaders of our society&rdquo; in the college premises on September 19.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A press release from KLC media cell stated that the topics were &ldquo;Is section 377 of Indian Penal Code a boon or a curse for the Nagas?&rdquo;; &ldquo;Has Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act, 1989 led to any positive behavioural and social change?&rdquo; and &ldquo;Is there stigma and discrimination prevailing in our Naga society with regard to HIV-AIDS?&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LLB V semester, III semester and I semester, respectively, debated the above topics.
