Katy Perry is avoiding Rihanna following her reconciliation with Chris Brown, it has been claimed.
\nIt has emerged that the former best pals fell out because of the Stay singer\u2019s October reconciliation with Chris Brown, who is still on probation for beating her in 2009.<\/p>\n
And it seems the fall out is permanent – with Katy reportedly making a special request to be seated nowhere near the couple at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night. A source told USMagazine.com: \u2018They aren\u2019t tight anymore because Katy doesn\u2019t approve of Rihanna dating Chris Brown.\u2019<\/p>\n
Friends close to Rihanna, 24, insist she has no problem with Katy, 28, but doesn\u2019t care what anyone thinks about her relationship because she is happy. The Part Of Me singer was previously said to be barely speaking to Rihanna because she thinks she is \u2018making a huge mistake\u2019 by getting back together with Chris.<\/p>\n
A source revealed in November: \u2018They\u2019re barely talking and ever since the couple reunited, there has been tension between them.<\/p>\n
\u2018Katy has been spending a lot of time with pals Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Katy fears Rihanna is making a huge mistake and doesn\u2019t want to be part of it.\u2019<\/p>\n
The last time Katy and Rihanna were spotted hanging out together was at the MTV Video Music Awards in September during which Rihanna shared a public peck on the lips with Chris for the first time since their 2009 break-up.<\/p>\n
The couple went public with the reconciliation earlier this month and snuggled up to each other in the front row at the Grammys, while Katy sat elsewhere with her boyfriend John Mayer.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Rihanna collection for River Island is showcased at London Fashion Week. The pop star\u2019s Spring\/Summer 2013 clothes and accessories will be revealed to the world for the first time on a catwalk in the capital.<\/p>\n
Earlier this week the pop star expressed her excitement for her foray into the fashion world and said she is looking forward to fans finally seeing her designs.<\/p>\n
She said on Twitter: \u2018My first fashion show!!! My designs will walk the catwalks of London Fashion Week in days!! It\u2019s gonna be MAJAH! \u00a3RihannaForRiverIsland.\u2019<\/p>\n
She added: \u2018Fashion gods will be in the building!! \u00a3FRONTROWLIFE \u00a3YouCantSitWithUs \u00a3RihannaForRiverIsland Can\u2019t wait for you to see it!!!\u2019<\/p>\n
The highly-anticipated collaboration will not reach stores until March 5 but Saturday\u2019s show will give fans an idea of what to expect.<\/p>\n
