Keisham Debendra, commandant 5th BN Assam Rifles while appreciating the initiatives of EWS and NYKS stressed on entrepreneurial attitude and behaviour for attaining success in life. District youth coordinator, NYKS Phyobemo Lotha, in his speech explained about NYKS and the aims and objectives of the programme. He mentioned about enhancing the skills and to be well trained for there are wide scopes in the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the programme chaired by Chubarenla began with an invocation by Teplok, advisor, EWS.
