ANTA Hq. president, Vibasetuo Solo, in a press release stated that interested drivers are to obtain the said passes for entry into Kisama. All local taxis without passes will be stopped at New Reserve police check gate and will be turned back to Kohima, except for taxis with NOC from the ANTA office. Only Southern villages&rsquo; Tata Sumo vehicles will ply through the said route.
