{"id":187900,"date":"2019-01-13T12:09:43","date_gmt":"2019-01-13T12:09:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2019\/01\/13\/food-processing-training-in-dimapur\/"},"modified":"2019-01-13T12:09:43","modified_gmt":"2019-01-13T12:09:43","slug":"food-processing-training-in-dimapur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2019\/01\/13\/food-processing-training-in-dimapur\/","title":{"rendered":"Food processing training in Dimapur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/2019_1$large_shgs.jpg><\/p>\n<p>Thirty women representatives from 14 SHGs of The Working Woman Project, Dimapur-2 were trained in two batches to make potato edibles like chips, wedges, fresh and frozen fries, potato flour and tapioca\/cassava related products from December 27, 2018 to January 12, 2019 at Indisen village, Dimapur.<\/p>\n<p>The training was conducted by Zatara Private Limited and funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer&rsquo;s welfare, Skill India, STRY program under National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE); and State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institution (SAMETI), Nagaland.<\/p>\n<p>The trainees were taught basic knowledge of food preservation, processing, packaging, FSSAI standards and regulations, branding and marketing of products by Sentinaro Alley, Washipong Longkumer and Tia Jamir of Zatara.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The first batch of training was held from December 20 to 22, 2018 and was attended by the following SHGs: Friends SHG, Kevija-u colony; Mercy SHG, Residency Colony; Mha SHG, Notun Basti; Mixed SHG and Oremtsur SHG, Lengrijan; Sahei SHG, SM Colony; and Vision SHG- Ura Villa Colony.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The second batch of training was held from January 7 to 12, 2019 and was attended by the following SHGs: Kijungtsur SHG, Mon Basti; Lifespring SHG and Sunshine SHG, Notun Basti; Eyenri SHG and Pvupumro&nbsp; Kyong Colony; Empowering SHG, Midland; and Takoker SHG, Boro Lengrijan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Food processing training in Dimapur<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[679],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-187900","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","category-nagaland-news"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/187900","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=187900"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/187900\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=187900"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=187900"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=187900"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
