He also said that it was not easy to be a photographer as they experience challenges, difficulties and risk when capturing such moments.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">He also stated that photographers capture moments and what you photograph now is your signature which will go on living for a long time. The future generation will reflect back on the moments a photographer captures, he added.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">He further added that he was looking forward to work with the department and to set up a film studio which will have Naga film directors and actors. He also added that with the cooperation of the department, a film studio will be set up very soon.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Director, IPR, Limawati Ao who also spoke on the occasion, said that IPR was one of the few departments which could achieve the targets set in the 100 days program of the PDA government within the stipulated time.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">He also talked about a booklet \u2018Important Schemes for Welfare of Citizens\u2019, which was released in all Naga languages at the program. The book is a compilation of some important schemes\/programs undertaken by various departments for the welfare of citizens which will be beneficial for those living in the interior parts of the state, he added.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The Director also expressed appreciation to language translators and officer incharge joint director, IPR, Dz\u00fcvinuo The\u00fcnuo for completing their assignments in record time. He said the booklet contains various welfare schemes explained in 16 different tribal dialects.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The program was chaired by deputy director, Asangla Imsong. Earlier, the advisor released the booklets \u2018Important Schemes for Welfare Of Citizens\u2019 which was translated by language translators of DIPR.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The resource person of the photography workshop was Suchamayang Kichu assisted by Moro Longchar. The training focused on concept of photography interspersed with mostly practical sessions.
