{"id":19122,"date":"2018-06-17T00:30:16","date_gmt":"2018-06-17T00:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/06\/17\/peace-channel-organises-capacity-building-programme\/"},"modified":"2018-06-17T00:30:16","modified_gmt":"2018-06-17T00:30:16","slug":"peace-channel-organises-capacity-building-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/06\/17\/peace-channel-organises-capacity-building-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Peace Channel organises capacity building programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Peace Channel conducted a capacity building programme for Peace Club members on June 14 at Christ King Higher Secondary School (CKHSS) and Don Bosco Higher Secondary School (DBHSS) Kohima.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">A press release by Peace Channel stated that with an aim to help students gain proper knowledge of the use of different types of toys, the students of CKHSS were capacitated on \u201canti \u2013war toys\u201d.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The resource person, Susan Kulnu, said that there were toys for various ages that entertain and educate children and that playing with toys was an important tool to make a child understand the complex phenomena of the world around it.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Kulnu however lamented that some toys, that are available today, unwittingly encourage factionalism and feuds among children.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Later the students were invited to take an oath and say no to war toys.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">At DBHSS, Kulnu talked about the \u201cvision of peace-unity in diversity\u201d with an aim to encourage positive thinking and spread peace.
