Peaceba Tikhir (under secretary, MIP), son of&nbsp; Pachu Tikhir of Kiusam village (Saramati region), who passed away iat Kiphire on May 11.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NSCN (I-M) through its MIP stated that, late Peaceba joined the national service on February 6, 2010 and served the nation wholeheartedly until his last breathe. MIP stated that he was a man of integrity and loved by all and was called by MIP Kilonser to work together, whereby he had recently submitted his joining report to the MIP.
