P. Anto, exhorted the youth to be the messengers of peace and make Nagaland a model state for peace in India by 2030.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He also encouraged and motivated the participants to build peace and be a change makers in the family, schools and communities as they go back home.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maj.
