Akaho Sema, deputy CMO, Zunheboto motivated the lab technicians to be punctual and sincere and emphasized on weekly and monthly submission of lab reports, stating that disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>A press release from CMO office Zunheboto, district media officer Shekho Sophie stated that, deputy CMO said this while speaking at the review meeting held at CMO office on August 20. Dr. Sema also said the district was slowly picking up and doing a good job however there was a lot that needed to be improved in the delivery of health services. He also challenged the lab technicians to achieve the targets set and stay in their respective place of posting regularly.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>He also encouraged the lab technicians to put their best efforts and improve the overall lab test reporting in the district and told them to co-ordinate among the different vertical programmes.<\/div>\n<div>Lab technicians also shared their grievances and problems during the discussion hour. Vitoli, DPM reviewed the block-wise performance of the district lab technicians and gave a refresher training on the various reporting formats.<\/div>\n<div>The review meeting was attended by lab technicians from ICTC, NVBDCP and RNTCP.
