Janetius.<\/div>\n<div>A press release from SJC Dimapur stated that, Prof. S. T. Janetius insisted on the role of teachers in SJC, giving quality education, discipline and skills development orientation to the students.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The workshop was conducted by Don Bosco Institute for Development and Leadership (DBIDL) in three sessions.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In the first session, Dr. Varghese SDB spoke on the need for creativity and formation of attitude in the teaching learning process in the classroom management. Victor Pameih programme coordinator-DBIDL dwelt on traditional and modern classroom presenting concrete examples from daily situations in the college.
