Superintendant of Police Rukuwelo Mero also stated that the law enforcers are the police personnel and that laws can be properly implemented and effectively only if the law holder is morally disciplined.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ASP, Lima Akum T. Jamir also shared the same view and hoped to see change in society through the law enforcers. Sub divisional police officer, Vikato Thonger supported the team with his presence.
