In a press release, NMDA president A. Ato Yepthomi and general secretary Ashok Kr. Singhal said the decision was taken after an emergency meeting with the deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur. At the meeting, the problems faced by the medical fraternity were deliberated at length.
