This order is passed exparte u\/s 144(2) CrPC and shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force till further orders. Any one violating the order will be liable for punishment under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>DC Tsg informs on SDRF fund: Deputy commissioner (DC) and chairman District Disaster Management Agency (DDMA) Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant has informed that the district has received the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) from NSDMA, Home Department for agri and allied item damaged during the year 2018-19.
