The annual programme was organized by NINEISMINE from January 28 to February 4. NINEISMINE is a campaign of, for and by the children convened by PRATYeK, in Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>A press release informed that, Keneisevono Punyu a class 10 student of Spring Blossom School, Dimapur represented Nagaland accompanied by Alomi Sumi of Prodigals&rsquo; Home as the coordinator.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Keneisevono Punyu, the Nagaland state representative was elected as a deputy minister of Peace and Justice, one of the sustainable development goals. The oath taking ceremony was administered by Meira Kumar the former speaker of India&rsquo;s Lower House. These child parliamentarians committed themselves to create an inclusive India &ldquo;with the last child as their first priority&rdquo;. Parliament speakers and MLAs should learn from these children how to run the parliament,&rdquo; said Meira Kumari, expressing resentment that child rights seems to be the least of the current government&rsquo;s concern. She urged that NINEISMINE a child led movement to work unceasingly towards making it important for the central, state government and every village council of India.
