{"id":210436,"date":"2020-03-05T09:34:51","date_gmt":"2020-03-05T09:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2020\/03\/05\/dlsas-conduct-activities-across-state\/"},"modified":"2020-03-05T09:34:51","modified_gmt":"2020-03-05T09:34:51","slug":"dlsas-conduct-activities-across-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2020\/03\/05\/dlsas-conduct-activities-across-state\/","title":{"rendered":"DLSAs conduct activities across state"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/http:\/\/new.nagalandpost.com\/cms\/gall_content\/no_images_650x.jpg><\/p>\n<p>To impart knowledge and understating on &ldquo;fundamental duties&rdquo; to school students, DLSAs conducted extempore speech competition across the state with legal literacy club (LLC) members.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wokha: DLSA organised extempore speech competition at DC&rsquo;s conference hall, Wokha on February 28 where Kimeri Y Tungoe, Springdale School, Yanpolumi Kikon, Grace School and Lirhoni Tungoe, Springdale School won the prizes respectively.<\/p>\n<p>A press release from NSLSA public relations assistant stated that, altogether, 13 participants from Christian Model High School, Grace School, Government Higher Secondary School, JNV Chukitong and Springdale School participated in the competition.<\/p>\n<p>Judges of the competition were Khrievono Seletsu, JMFC\/secretary WDLSA and panel lawyer Renbonthung Tsanglao. Shanchobeni P Lotha, district project Assistant delivered an introductory note on fundamental duties. The programme was chaired by Renbemo Kithan, PLV WDLSA. Legal pamphlets on fundamental duties were also distributed to participants and teachers.<\/p>\n<p>Tuensang: Tuensang DLSA conducted the programme on February 28 at CKS hall. Altogether 8 LLC members participated in the competition. Bharul Islam, St. Joseph School won the first prize and Thsalila, Eklaveya Model Residential School and Betichemden, EMRS won second and third prizes respectively followed by 6 consolation prizes. The prize was presented by Victo Sema, chairman Tuensang DLSA.<\/p>\n<p>Phek: DLSA conducted the same at Phek and Pfutsero. On February 22, the competition was conducted at Christian Home School LLC members at PTC Hall Phek.<\/p>\n<p>During the competition, James Ovung SDPO Phek, Namang Chang SDO Phek and Kudukhoto Tetseo, head master Christian Home School Phek were judges. Altogether, 27 students participated in the programme where Lhouzhetho bagged first position, Shepotso in second position and Dzuthono bagged third position.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile on February 28, Phek DLSA conducted the competition at Government Higher Secondary School, LLC Pfutsero.<\/p>\n<p>Keneinuo Swuro, district project assistant highlighted the importance of fundamental duties and in order to maintain harmony and peace and encourage the feeling of brotherhood and oneness among citizens. Judges of the competition were Samuel Ritse APP Phek, Kedokolu Khape, headmistress, Government Higher Secondary school, Pfutsero. Altogether, 61 students participated in the competition where first position was bagged by Weneipe koza, second by Shevezo Puro and third by Sewe Medo.<\/p>\n<p>Longleng: Longleng DLSA conducted the competition on February 28 at district court conference hall Longleng where the panel of judges were Anguto, APP Longleng and S. Phomngai Phom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Altogether, three participants took part in the competition where first prize went to Ayentohla, Shamakok Mission School, Chingphu from Good Shepherds School received second prize while Chubum from Shamakok Mission School bagged the third prize.
