Tuccu on the occasion of 41st NSCN Raising Day said &ldquo;Nagas must also move to change for the better or perish.&rdquo; Tuccu further asserted that Nagas must change in all fields through revolution. &ldquo;Revolution will stay in our land so long as our sovereign right to decide our future by ourselves is suppressed,&rdquo; he stated. Tuccu said that the Framework Agreement signed with Centre on August 3, 2015 was historic as it recognised the unique history and sovereignty of Nagas.
