\nTSEMINYU: In Tseminyu aggrieved Hindi Teachers picketed SDEO Office, Tseminyu for three consecutive days, Thursday demanding the release of six months pending salaries and implementation of 6th RoP along with the arrears from date of their appointment.
\nTUENSANG: Aggrieved Hindi teachers of 2012-13 batch of Tuensang district has continued their indefinite agitation on November 12 picketing the DEO, SDEO offices in Tuensang, Shamator and Noklak against the state government and the school education department failure to release six months pending salaries (May to October 2014) including the implementation of 6th RoP along with arrears from the date of appointment. The aggrieved Hindi teachers Tuensang also said that, the second day of its agitation at Tuensang, Shamator and Noklak went off peacefully without any untoward incident. The aggrieved Hindi teachers Tuensang said that the agitation will continue till their demands were fulfilled by the government and will continue with \u201cno salaries, no work\u201d.
\n The aggrieved Hindi teachers Tuensang demanded the government and school education department for immediate release of their pending salaries including the 6th RoP along with arrear.
\nThe aggrieved Hindi Teachers Tuensang has asked all the members to cooperate and participate at the agitation till their demands were met.
\nMON: Aggrieved Hindi teachers\u2019 Mon district on November 11 picketed the office of district education office and sub-divisional education office due to the failure of the department to resolve their grievances despite several appeal regarding the release of pending salary and implementation of 6th ROP, regular payment of salary and for timely deposit of their deducted amount into their PRAN account.
\nPEREN: Aggrieved Hindi teachers Peren Unit said it would continue its agitation indefinitely until their demands are fulfilled. ANAHTP said that Hindi teachers have rendered their services sincerely for the last six months hoping that the pending salaries would be released.All Nagaland aggrieved Hindi teachers Peren said that they are not demanding what is not theirs and that they were not \u201cbegging for donation\u201d.
\nQuestioning why is the government was turning deaf to their grievances, the union asked who is to be blame for the delay and pending salary of the Hindi teachers appointed during 2012 and 2013.
\nFurther, ANAHTP said that they would not step back until they get the positive response with assurance from department or the Government.

\nUSSC: United Sangtam Students\u2019 Conference (USSC) has strongly supported the demand made by the aggrieved Hindi teachers.
\nStating that it has taken serious note of the issues and problems of the Teaching fraternity, the USSC expressed displeasure over the state government for \u201cstep motherly treatment\u201d meted out to the teaching community. Extending co-operation to the aggrieved Hindi teachers, the conference appealed the state government to fulfil the demand of the Hindi teachers without any further delay.
\nKSU: Konyak Students\u2019 Union (KSU) has extended support to the demand made by the All Nagaland Aggrieved Hindi teachers Association 2012 & 2013 batch.
\nThe union has expressed deep concerned for the grieved teachers who are serving for almost seven (7) months without salaries while the students suffer due to the ongoing agitation.
\nWith annual examinations round the corner, the union has urged the concern department and the state government to take up the matter seriously and release the pending salaries for the grieved Hindi teachers at the earliest.
\nASU: Angami Students\u2019 Union (ASU) while extending its support to the aggrieved Hindi Teachers is baffled on the delay of the department in clearing the pending salaries. The union has also expressed its dismay that the picketing and dharna are being termed as \u201cnegative approach\u201d, when the government is yet to initiate any measures to redress the crisis and go on with the blame game. Justifying the matter by simply stating \u201cit is neither the fault of the department\u201d but \u201cdue procedures\u201d is absurd, stated ASU.
\nThe union stated that \u201cit is neither the fault of the teachers, who has been made to suffer for six months without salary\u201d and the government must owe responsibility and take necessary measures to clear the pending salaries with due exigency.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
