A press release from GYCD stated that, the late author was born and brought up in Nagaland and is referred to as &ldquo;a jewel of the Gorkhas of Nagaland&rdquo;. Programme was chaired by Shiva Kumar BK, president GYCD, where he appealed all Gorkha NGOs of Northeast to celebrate his birthday and also distributed biopic book of the late author.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>105th birth anniv of  Lt.
