{"id":212399,"date":"2020-02-24T12:46:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-24T12:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2020\/02\/24\/excise-forms-panel-to-curb-flow-of-liquor-in-state\/"},"modified":"2020-02-24T12:46:00","modified_gmt":"2020-02-24T12:46:00","slug":"excise-forms-panel-to-curb-flow-of-liquor-in-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2020\/02\/24\/excise-forms-panel-to-curb-flow-of-liquor-in-state\/","title":{"rendered":"Excise forms panel to curb flow of liquor in State"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/http:\/\/new.nagalandpost.com\/cms\/gall_content\/no_images_650x.jpg><\/p>\n<p>Two days after the Dimapur Naga Students&rsquo; Union (DNSU) served a seven-day ultimatum on commissioner of excise to close down all illegal liquor dens, the department at an emergency meeting held on February 24, at the excise directorate Dimapur decided to form a dedicated committee headed by deputy commissioner (narcotics cell) as convenor to look into the issue.<\/p>\n<div>In a press note, Excise commissioner, Tarep Imchen said that the meeting was attended by advisor Excise, Sericulture and Minority Affairs Zhaleo Rio, Excise secretary Orenphomo Kikon and senior departmental officers.
