The facility for making application closed at 7 p.m. on Saturday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Also, so far, 1,382 persons of Nagaland stranded in different parts of the country due to the lockdown had reached the State.<\/p>\n<p>According to DIPR, 47 stranded citizens arrived Dimapur on May 17 around 7 p.m. by the special train (New Delhi to Dibrugarh) train.
