In an order, commissioner of police Dimapur, R. Tetseo Sunday informed that the ‘Odd-Even system’ for vehicles in Dimapur will continue till further order. The system has been in force since May 11.<\/p>\n

All types of vehicles, both commercial and private, including two-wheelers, having registration numbers ending with odd digits (i.e.1,3,5,7,9) only will be allowed to ply on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Vehicles with registration numbers ending with even digits (i.e. 0,2,4,6,8) will be allowed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. <\/div>\n
The restriction on movement of vehicles will however, not apply to those vehicles exempted through various government notifications that are currently in force in the state.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
