Vihoshe Muru, secretary Kughahoto H. Aye, GB and member C-19 Hewoto Rotokha, GB and member C-19 Ghokhato Kiba, STH Project Colony and member C-19 president Bokali Chishi and secretary Project Youth Forum and member C-19 Vispeen Yepthomi stated that, the authority along with the police and some organizations have been initiating various measures for this purpose yet, no strict adherence was observed.
