It was reported that the body of the infant was partially eaten by a dog. Wokha police arrested a 21-year-old female on September 14 and the male (33 years) on September 16.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The woman accused was booked under Section 302 and 317 IPC, while the man was booked under section 302, 317, 109, 34 IPC.<\/p>\n<p>Sources informed that after the arrest, the Judicial Magistrate Wokha granted the woman accused 72 hours police remand to undergo medical treatment.&nbsp; Sources also informed that the woman was admitted to a hospital after she developed complications, reportedly due to self delivery of the baby. The accused was discharged on September 18 from the hospital and forwarded to district jail along with the man accused.
