Tiken Singh stated that at the event organised by department of Posts, India, Wotsa participated in the above 18 years and envelope category under the theme &ldquo;dear Bapu, you are immortal&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third consecutive win for Aboli Wotsa in the same competition, having won the first position under envelope category 2018-19 and the second position in the inland letter card category 2017-18 respectively. Wotsa will be awarded with a citation certificate and a cash prize of 25,000. It may be noted that the annual Dhai Akhar letter writing campaign aims to promote the art of letter writing in the country.
