He also expressed concern on employee absentees and advised to take a collective responsibility for the service of the district. Kejong Chang said that board meeting was like an assembly passing the district concerns to the state assembly through which the district can be developed. Meeting reviewed the previously passed agendas amongst which the transfer for files concerning the Chingmei range villages from the Noklak district to the Tuensang district was agreed to forward for the government&rsquo;s approval. Agenda relating to deplorable condition NH-202 and district roads were also discussed. EE, NH explained the failure in restoring the road due to weather condition in-spite of all the efforts. Chairman also advised both the executive engineers of R&amp;B and NH to convey the contractors of the respective works to comply by the detail project report and the specification of the contract details. Agenda of recognition of Kuthur as model villages was also discussed and decided to forward to the government for the approval. Deputy commissioner Tuensang Kumar Ramnikant expressed concern on the employees absenteeism and urged all the officers and employees to be in station. Agenda on upgradation of Sangsangnyu sub-centre to PHC and creation of sub-centers at Maksha, Keshai, Haak, Longtoker, Kesowongto villages and Sotokur HQ were also discussed and decided to forward to the government for approval. Creation\/establishment of Government Primary School at Kesowongto village and Sotokur EAC HQ was also discussed and agreed to forward to the government for approval. Creation of Police Station at Sotokur EAC HQ, construction of boundary walls of Sangsangnyu Police Station and barrack for security personnel at SangsangnyuEAc HQ was also discussed and decided to forward for approval from government. Construction of community water tank and water supply connection at Sotokur EAC HQ were also discussed and considered to forward for government&rsquo;s approval.<\/p>\n<p>On the matter concerning to reopening of the District Hospital for the general public chief medical officer Tuensang responded on the unfortunate incident of detection on higher surge of COVID positive cases in the recent times which has delayed reopening as per the plans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peren<\/strong>: Peren district planning and development board meeting was held on October 6 at DC&rsquo;s conference hall, Peren under the chairmanship of ADC Peren, Moa Sangtam.<\/p>\n<p>According to DIPR report, while reviewing the last meeting minutes, SDO (C), Kemciyile reminded the HoDs who were yet to conduct social work-cum-cleanliness drive in their respective offices and departmental premises to conduct at the earliest and submit the report before the end of October. Agendas discussed in the meeting included change of nomenclature of mini-secretariat which is to be set up at Tening town and after taking suggestion from the members present, the house agreed to change to sub-divisional office complex. Members also discussed on the proposal submitted by the Ntangki Forest Development Society and agreed to approve and recommend it to the higher authority for further necessary action including opening of new institution at Mhaikam village.
