Ayemi stated that resource person, psychiatric social worker, Serendip Guardians, Rugozevou Khate said that mental health should be approached in a holistic way. She cited the example of Nagaland where the church has a major role to play in creating awareness about mental health issues before consulting professionals. She also stressed on the importance of creating awareness among one&rsquo;s own community. Speaking at the webinar, resource person assistant professor of Psychology, Nagaland University, Lovika P. Shikhu explained about the concept of &ldquo;greater investment&rdquo; with regard to mental health. She said that the concept did not mean economic investment but investing love, attention and time on someone. According to Shikhu, &ldquo;mental health meant a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises his\/her potential&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the webinar was moderated by Holi J.
