Imsen Ao on August 30.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DGC principal, Dr. Moanochet Longchar in a condolence note stated that, late Imsen had served as the 4th principal in the college from 1976-1990, the longest term as principal so far. Late Imsen had joined the college in 1966 as a lecturer and during his time as principal, the college was taken over by the government in 1989, whereby his immense contribution towards the overall growth of the college will always be cherished and remembered, stated the message.
