Jamir has reminded the body of Christ- the church- about their role in the bringing about transformation to Naga society amidst the present day state of affairs where social evils dominate and where lawlessness abound.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In an article, Dr. Jamir said these painted a grim scenario that made Nagaland appear like a ship without a rudder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Against evidence of systematic collapse of all systems in Nagaland, Dr. Jamir asked &ldquo;should we, the church, remain silent and allow the already volatile situation to degenerate more? Or remain just silent spectators only?&rdquo; He reminded that decades ago, spiritual leaders of the church had given a clarion call for &ldquo;Nagaland for Christ&rdquo; as over 95% of people are Christians. However, Dr. Jamir asked what does Christianity tell us and what are its ideals and principles?<\/p>\n<p>Mentioning a chapter in the book of Ecclesiastes, Dr.Jamir said there is a season and time for everything under heaven.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He asked was it now not a time to build up?
