Arilong Longkumer Excise team around 7:20 a.m. intercepted a vehicle (Maruti Alto &#8211; AS 02K 0183) and on frisking recovered the liquor, which was meant for Kiphire.<\/div>\n<div>In this connection, Excise Dimapur said one Hetohe was arrested and booked under the relevant sections of the NLTP Act 1989.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The department said vigil has been intensified at the various gates for any illegal shipment of contraband.
