Earlier in the first week 5,380 defaulters were caught without mask in the state capital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The president stated that the numbers of COVID-19 positives and casualties were increasing almost every day and viewed that the citizens were becoming more carefree and not serious about the fatality of the virus.
