He further advised the people of Noklak to be united and become a vibrant and robust district in Nagaland.<\/div>\n<div>Advisor, Prison and Printing &amp; Stationery, H Haiying who too spoke during the occasion advised the students to set goal and vision. &ldquo;Be sincere, honest, hardworking and prepare today for their future tomorrow&rdquo;, he said.
