Keviletuo Yiese stated that the association had forwarded four petitions till date to the district administration in matters concerning land survey and proper compensations &amp; rehabilitations in accordance with Right to Fair Compensation &amp;Transparent Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (RFCTLARR Act 2013).<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the association stated that surveying works had been done but while it remains yet to be finalised on the compensation and rehabilitations, the works of earth cutting were in full swing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Considering the act as &ldquo;totally arrogant and a suppressive move of the authority concerned,&rdquo; it stated that the indifferent attitude and inaction to resolve the issues by district administration led to confusions and untold mental anxieties amongst bonafide landowners.
