In a press release,  PRO Kohima Police in\u0002formed that two persons  identified as Shakulo  Thong (21) son of Zel\u0002houlie Thong of Sendenyu  village under Tseminyu  and presently residing at  Merh&uuml;litsa, Kohima and  Yaliezo Kuotsu (27) son  of late Vitsony&uuml; Kuotsu  of Phesama village un\u0002der Khuzama and pres\u0002ently residing at Middle  Midland Colony, Kohima  were arrested from Mid\u0002land Colony after a hot  pursuit.  PRO said that police  swung into action after a  &ldquo;specific input of extor\u0002tion&rdquo; from a residence at  Upper Chandamr Colony,  Kohima by unknown mis\u0002creants impersonating as  &ldquo;national workers&rdquo; was  received. Though the resi\u0002dence was cordoned off,  PRO said the miscreants  had left the area before the  arrival of the police team.  After ascertaining the  description of the two  miscreants, PRO said the  police team followed their  trail and subsequently ap\u0002prehended the duo.
