And even before the scheduled time for closure at 2 p.m., the entire town and some colonies wore a deserted look by afternoon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Except for few street vendors, ATM booths and pharmacies, all shops and business establishment were closed before 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>One shopkeeper told Nagaland Post that the shopkeepers downed their shutters for fear of having to undergo random testing for Covid-19.
