{"id":230111,"date":"2021-04-05T12:27:44","date_gmt":"2021-04-05T12:27:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2021\/04\/05\/addl-sop-for-hslc-hsslc-exams-2021\/"},"modified":"2021-04-05T12:27:44","modified_gmt":"2021-04-05T12:27:44","slug":"addl-sop-for-hslc-hsslc-exams-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2021\/04\/05\/addl-sop-for-hslc-hsslc-exams-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Addl SOP for HSLC, HSSLC exams 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/http:\/\/new.nagalandpost.com\/cms\/gall_content\/no_images_650x.jpg><\/p>\n<p>As the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) is all set to conduct HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2021, the State government has issued an additional standard operating procedure (SOP) in case a candidate is tested positive for COVID-19 during the exam.<\/p>\n<p>In an order, principal secretary Home, Abhijit Sinha, stated that any candidate tested COVID-19 positive would not be allowed to enter the exam premises or appear for the exam.&nbsp; He or she shall be given another chance to appear for the subject(s) in which he\/she could not appear within the current year, it said, adding that this facility shall be given only to those candidates who have been tested positive and duly certified by the state Medical department.<\/p>\n<p>For those positive cases, who could not appear the exams, the NBSE shall give another opportunity to appear the exam at a later date, which shall be duly notified by the Board.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A COVID-19 positive candidate on being tested negative, shall be allowed to sit for the remaining subject(s) after producing a negative report certified by the state Medical department. In such cases, the Centre Superintendent will make arrangement to let the candidate sit in a separate room by maintaining the SOPs. NBSE will keep the question paper sets and examination materials ready to hold a separate examination for those candidates who tested COVID-19 positive and recovered after completion of the main examinations of HSLC and HSSLC.
