 The medical department with the assistance of DTF has been carrying out random sample testing in the district, in order to check the prevalence of COVID-19 positive cases. The random sample testing exercise entered day three on Wednesday. Out of 158 random samples collected around Dimapur and Chümoukedima area, 17 samples were tested positive.<\/div>\n
According to the random testing report, a total of 71 samples were collected from Padumpukhuri, Purana Bazar and Toluvi under Chümoukedima area where 15 samples were tested positive.<\/div>\n
Meanwhile, in town area, 87 samples were collected from NST colony, bank colony and railway\/Netaji colony where two samples were tested positive.<\/div>\n
