Borua and RA from Extension Education Institute (NE Region), government of India, ministry of agriculture &amp; farmers welfare, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, M Dutta.<\/p>\n<p>The resource person for the training programme covered topics such as participatory lectures on need for research extension converge, convergence between research and extension in agricultural sector, PRA methodologies and research extension linkages.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The release informed that the training programme was aimed at imparting technical knowledge on research extension convergence to the participants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Altogether, 22 participants from various districts attended the training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the valedictory programme was chaired by DPD SAMETI, Janet Chishi.
