He added that the competition served as a self-learning exercise about the electoral process so as to build an informed electorate in the future.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">He also congratulated the winners, Merio N. Ngullie (class 12), Kekhriese Yhoshu (Class 11) of Ministers\u2019 Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School, who would be representing the state in the semi-final which will be conducted in New Delhi in January.
