Honourable judges Songkhupchung Serto and Hukato Swu, we want to thank you and Almighty God for upholding justice and in keeping the law of the land. Today we write this as we read your statement on the 20th of August, 2021 in the Nagaland Post, “all that are not vaccinated should be counted”. We have also read your statement on the 1st of July,2021 in regards to speeding up the vaccination. First of all, as humans, we cannot be prodded, numbered, herded and beaten to submission. This Covid scenario is already demanding many of our freedom to be done away with, the freedom to livelihood, right to peaceful protest, freedom to choose for health and to earn a livelihood and to travel. We still know that Article 14, 15, 19 and 21 of the Indian Constitution are still in place. We want to let you know that you have an obligation to be unbiased and fair in upholding the Constitution which governs this country. <\/p>\n
In a democratic country such as ours, all voices needs to listened. Allow us to explain the reasons why some people are reluctant in taking the vaccine. Many have seen first-hand adverse effects among their own family members, relatives, neighbours and in their community whether it be deaths, paralysis, migraines, damage to eyesight, etc. Our humble and forgiving Nagas are not the kind of people to speak out against doctors or medicines spontaneously. On hindsight most of our people are not that learned or informed well and easily submit themselves to doctors or higher authorities. Most are afraid to speak out for fear of losing their government jobs or relations with people. As social media is abundant today, we can see and hear many honest doctors and scientists around the world that are absolutely against the Covid vaccines. Amongst many some of the reason are these 1) the use of mRNA technology in the Covid vaccines which is new and untested and does not carry recommendations from CDC or FDA, the parent bodies of vaccines and food and drugs 2) The FDA office which the world looks for recommendation has only okayed for emergency. 3) The efficacy of the Covid vaccines have not been proven as it takes 5 to 15 years of trials to use it on humans. Moreover there are questions in the mind of people as to why 18 countries have banned the Covishield or AstraZeneca vaccine which is the very vaccine being used in Nagaland? Many Christians are asking the ethical question because the vaccines have tissues of aborted foetus cells, HEK 293, present in the vaccine along with that of a Chimpanzee DNA as it is clearly mentioned in the insert of Covishield. Leviticus 19:19 forbids mixing of kinds. <\/p>\n
There are huge protests all over the world against this Covid vaccines. People are just fed up with lockdowns and vaccines because many have seen the adverse effects, deaths of parents and now children, rights of citizens and freedom being trampled on, etc. Countries that had strictly vaccinated their 100% are starting to have Covid breakouts more than ever such as Malta. Fully vaccinated Cruise liners are breaking out in Covid in the middle of the Cruise. The High Court judges of Meghalaya and Mizoram have ruled that the Vaccine should not be made compulsory but voluntary on 23rd June, 2021 and 2nd July 2021 respectively and consented that those who have had the vaccine can also be a super spreader. <\/p>\n
Your honour many are of the opinion that the virus is not a threat but the real threat is the vaccine. Statistics shows that 99.8% of people who have had the virus have recovered without any vaccine. If the big Pharmaceuticals are out to make money by orchestrating fear worldwide who is to say that they are not repeating their performance just as in 2009 when they declared it as Pandemic 5 and 6 worldwide in the Swine Flu case when hardly 200 people died. The good office of W.H.O. has been besmirched since then as they were used by the rich and powerful pharmaceuticals. Many of our Naga have reluctantly taken the vaccines because of coercion, intimidation from the department heads, threats from administrators. This goes against the constitution of India in the many articles given for the rights of the people. In the case of deaths or injury, world governments have granted exemption from liability for the pharmaceuticals. The ministry of Health and Family Welfare has also declared that there will be no compensation as the government is giving the vaccine to the people for free as they have already bought from the pharmaceuticals with taxpayers money. Who will stand up for the rights of the people? Naga people are now looking to you for justice.<\/p>\n
