Pangnyu Phom, deputy speaker Y. Yangseo Sangtam, advisor for IPR &amp; Village Guards, S. Keoshu Yimkhiung and CL. John, MLA, on Monday.<br>According to a DIPR report, in his inaugural speech, Kazheto pointed out that the office building would not only benefit Longleng district but also the entire state by strengthening the administrative infrastructure.<br>He lauded Pangnyu for his effort in bringing the administrative headquarter to the people of his constituency and for pursueing the project that was kept pending for long.<br>In his speech, Pangnyu informed that furniture for EAC office Yachem was contributed by five villages of Yachem Circle.<br>Clarifying that post creation was not done in any of the newly established EAC post in the state since 2005 and majority of them did not have new office building, the minister said Yachem was fortunate to have a new office building.<br>Meanwhile, advisor Keoshu emphasised on clean election.<br>He encouraged the people to elect experienced and qualified leaders for growth and progress of the state in various sectors.<br>The advisor pointed out that will of the people was supreme for growth and development of any nation and further advised them not to sell their rights during election and later blame the politicians for lack of development.<br>Also speaking at the programme, C.L. John claimed that United Democratic Alliance (UDA) was formed in the state \u201cnot for monetary benefits of the elected members but to pave way to find permanent solution to the Naga Political issues and development.\u201d While claiming that solution \u201ccouldn\u2019t be achieved due to disunity among the Naga Political groups\u201d, John appealed to the public, NGOs, civil societies and churches to \u201craise their voices\u201d at their respective platform for unity of various political factions to come to a common negotiation table for acceptable solution for all.<br>DC M. Shayung Phom also acknowledged the state government for allocation of fund for the office building after 10 years of establishment.<br>He also suggested for posting of independent administrative officer and creation of post at Yachem.<br>Others who spoke at the programme also included T. Yangseo Sangtam, PPC president Shami Angh and contractor H. Meren.<br>Highlights of the programme included special number by Yachem Students\u2019 Union and Yakanangba &amp; Imlionen.<br>Earlier, the programme was chaired by EAC Yachem Pichano Kikon, invocation and welcome address by Rev. T.I. Lakpa pastor Noksosang village and Longnyu Dobashi Yachem circle respectively. Technical report was given by EE, CAWD, Er. Sungtiba Amer and dedicatory prayer was offered by Yachem Baptist Church pastor, Rev. M.
