In the press release, KVFC president, Jeol Kath, stated that the decision was resolved at an emergency meeting held on September 13 at Sishunu Panchayat hall. The BDO office was inaugurated by NPF president Dr. Sh\u00fcrhozelie Liezietsu in 2012.
