{"id":276574,"date":"2022-06-28T02:16:38","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T20:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nagalandpost.com\/?p=276574"},"modified":"2022-06-28T02:16:40","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T20:46:40","slug":"western-chakhesang-youth-leaders-conclave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2022\/06\/28\/western-chakhesang-youth-leaders-conclave\/","title":{"rendered":"Western Chakhesang youth leaders\u2019 conclave"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Western Chakhesang Baptist Church Council Youth Department (WCBCCYD), Western Chakhesang Youth Organisation (WCYO) and Western Chakhesang Students\u2019 Union (WCSU) on June 25 jointly organised \u201cWestern Chakhesang Youth Leaders\u2019 Conclave under the theme \u201cStronger Together\u201d at WCBCC Mission Centre, 7th Mile Dimapur.<br>At the programme, resource person, commissioner of police (CP) Dimapur, Rothihu Tetseo emphasised on the present context and the qualities of leadership that one should possess in order to be a leader under various capacities.<br>Tetseo stressed on reasoning deficiency and lack of inquisitiveness from leaders, adding that \u201csimplicity is not always the best policy\u201d.
