Keoshu Yimkhiung with advisor for Prisons, Printing &amp; Stationery H. Haiying as special guest.<br>According to a DIPR report, H. Haiying urged upon the Yimkhiung community to be good decision-makers, to enjoy the fruits of hard work and to be thankful.<br>He appealed to the Yimkhiung community to make more positive contributions to Naga society and fulfill their duty as indigenous citizens of the country.<br>In his address, S. Keoshu Yimkhiung acknowledged the gathering and explained that Met\u00fcmnyo had a comprehensive meaning and interpretation which was beyond the \u201csoul-wrapping\u201d feast.<br>He encouraged all to preserve and acknowledge the proper and authentic history of their culture and tradition.<br>The advisor also urged upon the people to educate and the younger generation in order to keep the legacy.<br>The programme was chaired by K. Asang &amp; Runshito Lims, invocation was offered by YBBK pastor Wongtokiu, welcome note and significance of the festival were delivered by YUK president A. Akum and advocate K. Lotan respectively.<br>Highlights of the programme included songs by Yimkhiung Cultural Club and Youth Department YBBK, while ENPUK president and host S. Keoshu Yimkhiung exhorted the gathering.<br>The formal function was followed by a display of indigenous games such as top spinning, pole climbing, meat biting, tug-of-war, etc.<br>Thousands in Shamator celebrate Met\u00fcmnyo<br>Thousands of people in Shamator celebrated Met\u00fcmnyo festival with deputy commissioner (DC) Shamator, Thsuvisie Phoji as special guest and Yanba Showuba as host at the local ground, Shamator.<br>According to a DIPR report, the festival was organised by Th\u00fcneo (festival) committee Shamator Town.<br>The programme was also attended by SP Shamator, Amit Kumar and a host of officers.<br>At the festival, YTC president, S.
