Khinyi Woch and ATI guest faculty accompanied by ATI lecturer (computer), Peter Konyak and ATI stenographer Mezhuzolie Yiese.<br>According to a DIPR report, Andreas spoke on file management, forms of communication, file noting &amp; drafting, noting &amp; drafting of communication, APAR &amp; maintenance of service book and service matters.<br>Meanwhile, Khinyi Woch briefed on Transfer Allowance (TA) Rules, pension rules, GPF, NPS, CPF, various leave rules, medical attendance rules and MACP.<br>Altogether, 78 members from various departments under Tseminyu district participated at the programme.<br>At the valedictory programme, deputy commissioner (DC) Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi reminded the participants not to forget about the office procedures and accounts matters.<br>He also presented certificates to all the participants. The programme was chaired by EAC Tsongi Tumben P.
